A key component of our program here at Hollis Academy is Wayne Academy, our in-house school.

Wayne Academy is a Category I non-public school certified and operating in compliance with the Tennessee State Board of Education rules and regulations. 

We are recognized as a vendor eligible to provide an in-house school serving all children in Tennessee Department of Children's Service's custody. We are also monitored and trained throughout the year by the DCS Education Division.

Our teachers are licensed and endorsed by the State of Tennessee Department of Education.

We have a regular high school graduation program with a State of Tennessee Department of Education issued Diploma as well as a program to get children their state-issued high school equivalency (HSE) credential.
